Within 14 days of a diamond top-up, you can ask for a full refund of it, as long as none of its diamonds have been spent: your diamond balance must still be at least the number of diamonds that top-up gave you, bonus included.

• The refund is the full amount paid for that top-up. A top-up is refunded whole, not in part.
• All the diamonds from that top-up, including its bonus, are removed from your account.
• That pack's first top-up bonus does not become available again.

Within 14 days of buying the starter pack, you can ask for a full refund as long as the character has not played with it yet, which means its full 3 hours of EXP x2 are still left.

• On a refund, the pack is taken back from the character: the EXP x2 time, the extra bag and storage slots, the title, the gacha tickets not yet used, and the items and zeny from the pack that the character still has.
• The starter pack can be bought once per account. After a refund, the account cannot buy it again.

Whether or not you have used the purchase, and even after 14 days, we fix these on request:

• you paid twice for the same order, or paid more than the order's amount;
• you paid but the purchase never reached your account;
• you were charged because of a mistake on our side.

We either deliver what is missing or refund the extra payment, whichever you prefer.

Contact us on Discord (message an admin) with:

• your username;
• the order number, date and amount (shown in the game's diamond window);
• for PromptPay, the transfer slip or its reference number, and the bank account the refund should go to;
• the reason for the request.

If a payment is reversed or charged back, or turns out to be fraudulent (for example a fake or reused slip), what it bought is taken back: its diamonds and their bonus are removed from the account, and a starter pack is taken back as in section 2. If the diamonds were already spent, the balance can go below zero, and the account cannot spend diamonds until the balance is positive again. Repeated or deliberate fraud leads to the account being suspended.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. Most problems are faster to fix directly.
