• An account is for one person. Do not share, sell or buy accounts.
• Keep your password and recovery code safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• A guest account is kept only in the browser that made it. If that browser's data is cleared before you link the account to a username and password, it is lost for good.
• Usernames and character names must not be offensive and must not pretend to be the game's staff.

You must not:

• cheat, use bots or automation outside the game's own AUTO feature, or modify the game or its network traffic;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
• harass, threaten, scam or spam other players, or post hateful or illegal content;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, characters, items, gold or diamonds for real money or for anything outside the game (real-money trading).

If you break these rules, we may warn or mute you, remove items, gold or diamonds gained by breaking them, or suspend or permanently ban the account. Diamonds on an account banned for breaking these rules are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

• Diamonds, items, gold, characters, the starter pack and the Premium Card are licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them in the game, which ends if the account is closed or banned.
• They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be moved to another account.
• We may change items, prices, drop rates and game balance as the game develops.
• The Premium Card runs for the days bought and does not renew by itself. Nothing in the game is a subscription that charges you again.
• Prices are shown on the diamond packs page. Refunds follow the refund policy.

• The game is in active development. It may have bugs, downtime and maintenance, and features may be added, changed or removed.
• The game is in open beta. Characters and progress from the open beta are kept: no wipe is planned. If progress ever had to be reset, paid diamonds would be given back.
• We may stop running the game. If we do, we will announce it on the game's site and Discord at least 30 days before, and stop selling diamonds and packs from the day of the announcement.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes are announced in the game or on Discord.

What the game stores, and why:

• Account: your username, your password and recovery code (stored only as one-way hashes), and your sign-in session.
• Game data: your characters and saves, chat messages and posts, market and ranking entries.
• Game log: what happens on an account in the game, with the IP address, the country it comes from and the device and browser type, to find cheating, fraud and bugs. Only the admin can read it.
• Payments: order records (pack, amount, time and status) and the diamond ledger. For PromptPay, the slip's transaction reference and the slip-check service's answer, which shows the payer's name and masked bank account as printed on the slip. The slip image is read in your browser and is not uploaded.
• No card data. We never receive or store card numbers. Any payment method other than PromptPay is handled entirely by the payment provider.

We do not sell personal data and the game shows no ads. Your browser keeps your settings and a sign-in cookie. Fonts load from Google Fonts. To ask what we hold about you, or to delete your account, contact us on Discord. Payment records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
